Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: May 2026

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PeIX® Education. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (www.peixedu.com) and your enrollment in any courses or programs offered by PeIX® Education ("PeIX", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or enrolling in any of our courses, you ("Student" or "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or enroll in our courses. PeIX® Education reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Course Enrollment

PeIX® Education offers coaching and preparation courses for internationally recognised finance certifications, including CMA US, CPA US, ACCA, CGMA, and CIA. Eligibility: Students are expected to meet the basic educational and professional requirements prescribed by the respective certification bodies (IMA for CMA US, AICPA for CPA US, ACCA for ACCA, CIMA for CGMA, and IIA for CIA). PeIX® Education does not guarantee eligibility for these external certifications and recommends that prospective students verify their eligibility directly with the respective bodies before enrolling. Enrollment Process: To enroll, students must complete the inquiry/admission form available on our website or through our admissions team. Our team will contact you to guide you through course selection and fee payment. Enrollment is confirmed only after the course fee has been received in full or as per any agreed installment schedule. Confirmation: Upon successful payment, students will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp, along with details regarding class schedules and LMS access credentials. Accuracy of Information: Students are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of enrollment. PeIX® Education is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the student.

3. Fees & Payment

Course Fees: Course fees vary depending on the program selected. The applicable fee will be communicated to you by our admissions team prior to enrollment. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via Cash, Cheque, UPI, and Bank Transfer. Details for payment will be shared by our team during the admission process. EMI & Installment Plans: PeIX® Education does not operate a standardised EMI or installment scheme. However, payment flexibility may be discussed and mutually agreed upon at the time of admission on a case-to-case basis. Any such arrangement must be agreed upon in writing prior to enrollment. Fee Confirmation: Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is received. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis following payment.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

PeIX® Education strives to provide the highest quality of education and support. However, we understand that circumstances may change. The following refund policy applies: Refund Within 30 Days: If a student formally requests a refund within 30 days of their enrollment date (i.e., the date of fee payment and confirmation), they will be eligible for a refund of 60% of the total course fee paid. No Refund After 30 Days: No refund will be provided for cancellation requests made after 30 days from the date of enrollment, irrespective of the reason. Partial Payments: In case of installment arrangements, refund eligibility is calculated on the total course fee agreed upon at the time of admission, not merely the amount paid. How to Request a Refund: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@peixedu.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Student Name]". The request must include the student's full name, enrollment details, and reason for cancellation. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days from the date of approval. PeIX® Education reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not comply with the above conditions.

5. Course Delivery

Class Format: PeIX® Education offers courses through live online classes (conducted via video conferencing platforms) as well as in-person classroom sessions at our Mumbai centre. Recorded sessions of live classes may also be made available to enrolled students for revision purposes. Study Materials: All enrolled students receive both hard copy textbooks and soft copy digital notes as part of the course package. These materials are provided to support exam preparation and are the intellectual property of PeIX® Education. LMS Access: Students are granted access to PeIX® Education's Learning Management System (LMS) portal, which includes recorded sessions, mock tests, quick practice tests, and additional resources. LMS access is provided for the duration of the course and remains active until the student successfully passes their respective certification examination. Mock Tests & Practice: Regular mock tests and quick practice sessions are included as part of the curriculum to ensure students are adequately prepared for their exams. Schedule Changes: PeIX® Education reserves the right to modify class schedules, timings, or delivery formats with reasonable prior notice to students. Such changes do not entitle students to a refund.
